We were looking for a contractor that would do it all; from ordering materials to having them delivered. Not only did Venture Builders do this, but they cleaned any area they had been in. We were given a schedule of what work was going to be done each day and they were right on schedule; no delays. They were easy to work with and answered any questions we had. We love our newly remodeled bathroom. My only regret is that we didn’t do it sooner!
I can say that the Venture Builders team was a highly professional group to work with for our bathroom remodel project. Laela and Kate provided top quality service and communication. We had 3 estimates, at the beginning of the project and Laela and Kate were by far the best. Their estimated was detailed and complete and the project renderings were done in great detail. Throughout the process they kept us updated and informed. If there was any problem or confusion about what was being done, and I must say there were very few, it was quickly addressed and corrected. Their input and assistance made the selection process seamless. Their original estimate was spot on and we actually came in under budget, and completion was done on time. Their crew was also professional and the bathroom under construction was left clean and uncluttered at the end of each workday. Venture Builders finished two rooms in our basement, a workroom and a game room, and did an outstanding job. The rooms are everything we envisioned and more. The quality of the work is excellent, but the part of the experience we appreciated most was that they made sure we were 100% satisfied at every step of the process. They were very customer oriented and the entire staff was wonderful to work with. We will definitely use Venture Builders for future remodeling projects.
