LED Construction

We recently completed an ADU project that included converting our garage into a living room, adding a full kitchen, installing a new shower in an existing bedroom, upgrading the plumbing, and adding a dedicated sub-panel for the ADU. From start to finish, the experience with our contractor was excellent. He listened carefully to all our ideas, understood exactly what we wanted, and executed everything with great attention to detail. His communication was clear, and he always made sure we were comfortable with every step of the project. He and his entire team were professional, respectful, and incredibly hardworking. One thing we really appreciated was how clean they kept the worksite — every day they left things neat and organized, which made the whole process so much easier for us. My house was built back in the 50's and remodeled last in 2000. Lesvin and his team did such an amazing job on transforming my old looking house into something in this century. Lesvin and his team are incredibly hard-working, reliable, and honest. They work really fast and do an amazing job! They remodeled my entire kitchen. Tore out our really old carpeting in the living and hallway and installed beautiful LVP flooring. They painted my kitchen, living room, and entryway, and modernized all the outlets and added extra lighting. My quartz countertops with the matching quartz back splash is phenomenal, not to mention my absolutely stunning waterfall. They took out all our single pane widows and gave us beautiful dual pane windows. LED construction is not only reliable, they are also affordable. If you're looking for a hard-working, honest construction company. LED Construction is the one you want! I forgot to mention he went above and beyond our contract by fixing odds and ends around our house, which I truly do appreciate. Thank you, Lesvin and LED Construction team for all your hard work. I HIGHLY recommend Lesvin /LED Construction, Lesvin did an AMAZING job remodeling my late parents outdated home. Lesvin is a professional, and highly experienced contractor. His attention to detail and expertise in building and designing the fireplace, kitchen backsplash and bathroom tiles are excellent. Lesvin removed backsplash that I actually had installed 3 years ago. Just didn't like it anymore. He responded promptly, gave me an estimate and SHOWED UP! He installed my new tile backsplash in my kitchen and it is FLAWLESS! He is one of two contractors I work with that leave your home the way it was when they entered! For me that's clean! He was respectful and reluctant when I asked if he could correct another individual's trim around tile, which is around my newly installed fireplace. It was not a very good job. Lesvin removed what was there and reinstalled new trim and I could not be happier! He was very cautious to not want to step on the other gentleman's toes, but I assured him I had already let that individual know I must have this corrected. He always greets you with a smile and is incredibly friendly, professional and timely!
