We were so impressed with Luis Castro and his crew at Unique Innovations. Luis was quick to respond through the entire process, from the initial walk through and planning process to the final walk through. We met with several contractors to to get bids for our project - to remodel and expand the upstairs bathroom in our 1925 home - and Luis was the only contractor who really listened to our vision for the room, and gave us the most complete plan and thorough bid for the work required to make it happen. Once he and his crew started work, the project came together quickly. They would have finished ahead of schedule had we not run into supply issues with the shower door we selected. Even then, the work was done quickly, and professionally. These guys did such amazing work. Our bathroom is beautiful. We plan on reaching out again for the next big home renovation we plan. I highly recommend Luis and his team.

Luis and his team are top-notch professionals. I was purchasing a home and had to have a major repair done as a condition of escrow. Moving and purchasing a house is already a very stressful process, but from the time that Luis came to bid the job from the time that the work was complete he put my mind at ease and made the process smoother. Him and his team did a Fantastic job on my garage repair. They had to do some framing and stucco work and everything turned out great. They are reliable and show up when they say they’re gonna show up plus, they were very quick to get the job done. I would highly recommend unique innovations for any of your construction needs.

Met with Luis the owner regarding work at a commercial property where the tenant had done work without a permit. The situation was a big mess and Luis was willing to step in and assist with the project. Luis worked with the inspector and was able to get to a point to get things passed. There is still things that need to be done to finish things off and can't thank Luis enough for stepping in to get us to the point where we are. I would defiantly refer Luis for other projects to friends and family.

Luis and his team did a great job on a bedroom addition I requested. The team was professional and proficient. There was a little miscommunication on completeness however Luis remedied the situation quickly and above and beyond expectations. I would recommend him and would hire him again for future projects.

I can't recommend Unique Innovation Construction, Inc. highly enough! I've hired them for a couple projects now and they'll be my first choice for any other projects that arise. First, our bathroom floor was a disaster after a leak and they completely transformed it. From the initial assessment to the final cleanup, they were professional, communicative, and incredibly skilled. They clearly explained the repair process, kept us updated on their progress, and answered all our questions patiently. The quality of their work is outstanding – the floor looks even better than before the damage! They were also respectful of our home and took great care to minimize disruption. Recent storms badly damaged a portion of my fence, which was a major issue because I have a large dog and need to keep my yard secured. I reached out to the company's owner, Luis, and they were able to come out quickly to repair the damage. Again, the fence looks better than it did before the damage! I always feel like I'm getting my money's worth. If you're looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and talented contractor, Unique Innovation Construction, Inc. is the best choice. We are thrilled with the results! Edit April 2025: I hired them to build me a new side gate and it is both gorgeous and sturdy.
