When Dave and his team started our project, their set-up was extremely organized. When they opened up our shower floor, the extent of the damage was beyond belief and our project became a massive repair of the foundation before the actual renovation could begin. We were overwhelmed, but Stronor took on the extra work to repair the entire floor foundation. Dave was extremely efficient, organized and precise in his work and he never hesitated to take time from his busy schedule to explain the process of his work because he understood we were overwhelmed with the damage.
We finally feel confident that our shower will no longer leak. Our bathroom is absolutely beautiful! We have made some great friends in Ross and Dave and would never hesitate to recommend them or call them back for future projects. Ross, Dave and his team did an incredible job not just on fully renovating our two bathrooms in our newly purchased 25 year old home in the Ballantrae community of Whitchurch-Stouffville on time and within the quote, but they provided invaluable
support to the renovation of our kitchen, pantry, laundry room and basement! I could not imagine living in our new home without their contribution!

We found Stronor Bathworks from their online website after googling ‘best bathroom contractors near me’ and their website popped up near the top. My husband called and spoke to Ross, one of the owners, who came to our home and provided us with a quote on our main bathroom renovation. We were impressed with his professionalism, clarity and his pricing and immediately felt confident that Stronor Bathworks was the right choice for us. And the fact that he’s a licensed plumber was the icing on the cake!

The onsite crew for our renovation was led by Dave, also one of the owners. All through the demolition and rebuild, Dave made sure that the work was executed quickly, cleanly and with great attention to quality finish. Stronor Bathworks seamlessly
arranged the coordination with electrical, gas, and our kitchen cabinetry provider; made great recommendations to source out furnishing our home and courteously nudged us when we needed to make decisions in order for them to stay on time in completing our work.

Our second bathroom renovation was a challenge. The existing design was more than strange and Ross and Dave presented a solution that we hadn’t thought of – and the result was amazing!
It was a pleasure to work with Ross and Dave throughout our projects – we can’t say enough about the quality of their work and more importantly, the quality of character of Ross and Dave! They made our life stress-free during the entire renovation!

Ethan the tile guy is a genius at his craft..all the tiles matched up perfectly. We are so happy with the team, they were in and out in the time frame they gave us, cleaned up after themselves and had no issues with last minute changes. We highly recommend this company. Incredible work! Great experience all around. I have an old house with a single bathroom that needed a shower replaced with a tub. We had a few other wishlist items like heated tiles floors. Ross and his team did an absolutely professional job and I have nothing but good things to say about their work but also their guys. They were incredibly clean, worked full days and got the project finished efficiently in the timeframe discussed despite a snowstorm. They use Schluter products and Ross helped me with some recommendations on tub and controls as well as I had little idea/time to figure that out myself. I would 100% recommend to others who want things done right the first time and are looking for high quality work. If I had a second bathroom I’d get them to do that next.
