We chose Grand Building & Remodeling for adding a golf cart garage addition onto our existing double car garage in The Grand. This was definitely the right decision. From start to finish, taking care of permitting, getting HOA approval, drawing up the plan, to the end of project, everything was professionally taken care of. The project included concrete floor, framing, tying into the existing roof, electrical, sheetrocking, taping, and a totally finished interior. Completion was within the time promised, and we are extremely pleased with our new addition. We would highly recommend them for a hassle-free project at a fair price!
Grand Remodeling and Construction is an excellent choice for your home projects. The work is very professionally done and in a timely manner. Job site is cleaned at the end of each day and equipment placed in appropriate locations. John’s workers are knowledgeable of their work assignments and very friendly to talk with. I had three job estimates and Grand Construction came in with the lowest bid, and best ideas for enclosing our patio and transitioning it into a sunroom! We are very satisfied with the end product. The crew from Grand building and remodeling did an excellent job of bringing my washer and dryer out of the garage into the house. That included new drywall, reversing hoses and fixtures, interior painting, installation of a new washer and dryer. John Martinez's crew, especially Domingo, provided an excellent service at a reasonable price. I couldn't be happier.
We have used Grand Remodel for two projects in the last two years. The quality of their work is outstanding. They arrived on time, kept the workspace clean throughout the entire project and the workers were very friendly and attentive. I would not risk using any other for a project. Grand Building built our dream home in Wittmann. The new build took about 9 months. Michelle & John were so kind to provide us with regular updates along the way and even allowed us to make adjustments to their plans which turned our dreams into a reality. Our realtor and this company made building a home easy and exciting. I have never experienced working with a team that made you feel like family. I was so grateful they invited us to the "roof on" party because we got to meet the talented & kind team that built our home. Towards the end of the build during our walk through, we only found 1 light switch that didn't work which was easily fixed. I was so impressed with the final piece.
