We recently completed a major home renovation project with Canadian Contractors, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. What impressed us most was their attention to detail and ability to bring our vision to life while also offering helpful suggestions we hadn’t considered. Canadian Contractors are an amazing company to work with for flooring needs and or essentials. Had 2 bedrooms and closets flooring done from carpet to vinyl, and it looks spectacular! Fair pricing. Will rehire for my summer project to be continued! Shoutout to Oleksandr who did our renos!

I had the absolute greatest time working closely with both Haytham (Architect) and Hamid (Project Manager/Superintendent) for our renovation project. Our project was to renovate the ground level of our townhouse to create an independent room rental unit for a tenant so that there is no shared living involved and both parties have separate entrances. I spoke to Haytham about my project idea and he was one of the few contractors that I had initially spoken to that sincerely believed in my vision and was up for the challenge of figuring out a way to tackle this project in the small space we had without taking any shortcuts or violating any building codes regarding clearance, safety, or electrical. Haytham was with us from project start to finish from initial design consultation, to obtaining the correct building permit required from the city, to contract signing, payments, and issuing any change orders if we decided midway to add a few extras during the renovations. Overall he has been extremely collaborative and receptive to design ideas and very patient with any changes we think of along the way. He is very creative and an avid listener so for anyone who has a project or vision in mind and they need an architect to design it in writing, he is definitely your guy. Haytham is also true to his word, trustworthy, very professional, works with integrity and incredibly easy to work with. Once the project started we were introduced to Hamid and my goodness he is one of the most impressive workers I have ever met and knows it all. From demolition, to framing, insulation, drywalling, painting, flooring installation, fine detailing, arranging city inspections, and scheduling the correct workers to come at the right time to do the work. Not only that he is an incredibly hard worker, completes measurements to exact precision, checks in regularly with project updates, and also works with complete integrity and professionalism. He is very forthcoming with sound advice and information and always uses sound logic and reasoning to back up his suggestions. Overall I have been completely blown away with Haytham and Hamid’s work ethic as well as their entire team of workers who are incredibly skilled in their trade and do amazing work. This includes George, Chris, Nathan, Reemy, Noah, and Joanna. The camaraderie between everyone is also refreshing to witness. For anyone considering which company to choose for your next project please do sincerely consider Canadian Contractors. I have worked in both a consultancy capacity with the construction industry for many years and quite ironically I currently work with WorkSafeBC managing the lower mainland construction portfolio. I can assure you that these guys are the gems of the industry and are a class above other construction companies. They set the standard for professionalism and working with integrity very high and you will not be disappointed choosing them.
