Capital Contracting

We had the good fortune of working with Capital Contracting in our apartment renovation. My first contact was Doug and I right away appreciated his prompt replies, be it email or phone call. His proposal presentation was detailed and thorough. He listened to my ideas and concerns and shared his thoughts while allowing me to make my decisions. I especially liked his assurance that all the tradesmen that Capcon works with, they have for a long time and that they are all kind people. True! Matt was our Project Manager. He is the consummate professional— cool, calm and collected, ready with an update, always taking time to listen and then find solutions to my concerns. He definitely took the burden of my stresses and made us feel/showed us that he cared about our home. I have to mention that Kevin and Oz, with the work that they did for us, also made us feel that they cared about our home. We are pleased with the high quality of work delivered by Capcon and by the tradesmen who worked in our reno. We are grateful for their commitment and professionalism. It was a good feeling to see that they like what they do. For us, all these resulted not only in a beautiful, well-crafted space but also one with warm memories in its walls. Yeah… we love our place so much that we’re such homebodies now.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Capital Contracting on multiple projects alongside Doug, Jeremy, and the entire team, and it’s always been a great experience. They consistently deliver high-quality work, maintain excellent communication, and make sure every client is fully satisfied. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly stand out. We highly recommend Capital Contracting for any renovation project, you won’t be disappointed.

Capital Contracting completed my ensuite bathroom renovation from a shower & tub to a fantastically crafted large walk-in shower. The workmanship of the trades they use are definitely of a high standard, my bathroom now looks like what you would see in a luxury hotel. The crew was very professional, accommodating and open to exploring my many design ideas. If you are looking quality work I highly recommend Capital Contracting. Thank-you so much to all those that worked on my project!!! Looking forward to a few more projects with this company now.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Capital Contracting on several projects, and their attention to detail, quality, and craftsmanship is impeccable. As a designer, having a contractor who not only values the design vision but also ensures it’s brought to life with precision is invaluable. They consistently make sure our designs are carried out to the highest standard, with care and collaboration at every step. Just as importantly, they’re an absolute pleasure to work with, they're kind, reliable, and genuinely invested in what they do. Over time, they’ve become more than colleagues, and I feel fortunate to now call them friends. Working with Capital Contracting brings a sense of trust and ease to every project, and I’m so grateful for the pride and dedication they bring to their work.

We would highly recommend Capital Contracting. They finished our basement for us earlier this year and we have nothing but great things to say about everyone involved. From the start Doug and Andrea met with us and came up with a plan to work within our budget. There were no surprises throughout the project. Jeremy, our contractor, was amazing. We were expecting our second baby around the end of April and he did everything he could to get it done in time. He was very meticulous and detailed and so good about communicating with us and keeping us in the loop. We would absolutely use Capital Contacting again in the future for any projects we have.
