We had the good fortune of working with Capital Contracting in our apartment renovation.

My first contact was Doug and I right away appreciated his prompt replies, be it email or phone call. His proposal presentation was detailed and thorough. He listened to my ideas and concerns and shared his thoughts while allowing me to make my decisions. I especially liked his assurance that all the tradesmen that Capcon works with, they have for a long time and that they are all kind people. True!

Matt was our Project Manager. He is the consummate professional— cool, calm and collected, ready with an update, always taking time to listen and then find solutions to my concerns. He definitely took the burden of my stresses and made us feel/showed us that he cared about our home. I have to mention that Kevin and Oz, with the work that they did for us, also made us feel that they cared about our home.

We are pleased with the high quality of work delivered by Capcon and by the tradesmen who worked in our reno. We are grateful for their commitment and professionalism. It was a good feeling to see that they like what they do.

For us, all these resulted not only in a beautiful, well-crafted space but also one with warm memories in its walls. Yeah… we love our place so much that we’re such homebodies now.

We would highly recommend Capital Contracting. They finished our basement for us earlier this year and we have nothing but great things to say about everyone involved. From the start Doug and Andrea met with us and came up with a plan to work within our budget. There were no surprises throughout the project.
Jeremy, our contractor, was amazing. We were expecting our second baby around the end of April and he did everything he could to get it done in time.
