Golden Vista Construction Ltd

We recently worked with Julio from Golden Vista Construction to prepare our kitchen for a full remodel. The scope included electrical work, drywalling, plumbing, painting, demo, and ducting. From start to finish, Julio was extremely transparent and communicative. He consistently kept us updated on what was happening, what to expect next, and any changes that came up. Even when something didn’t go exactly as planned, Julio immediately took ownership and responsibility. He addressed issues right away and ensured everything was corrected properly and brought up to code—no questions asked. This level of accountability and professionalism is rare and very appreciated. All of his workers were polite, respectful, and pleasant to have in our home. The team worked efficiently, maintained a clean work environment, and delivered quality workmanship throughout the project. We highly recommend Golden Vista Construction and Julio for anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and reliable contractor.

If you're looking for a professional, reliable and customer service oriented company for your home improvement needs Golden Vista is by far the way to go! They recently worked on creating a pathway for my disabled son to use his scooter with ease to enter and leave the backyard with ease. This pathway is versatile as he also uses it to walk with his walker. Both of these walking aids are stored in the 2 sheds Golden Vista put together for us. I am grateful ??

When I hired Julio Hernandez to do our bathroom renovation, I didn’t realize how lucky I would be. Julio and his crew were outstanding! Julio was professional, reliable, skilled and meticulous. When I ordered the incorrect wall system, Julio went to Home Depot to exchange it for me. He respected our home by protecting/covering everything - entrance way, staircase, floors and furniture. They cleaned up everything (boxes, old tub, tiles and all of the garbage) and hauled them away. Julio gave me an excellent quote (I expected to pay more), and even though they spent time to do additional work, Julio did not ask for any extra money. We are extremely happy with our beautiful bathroom and highly recommend Golden Vista Construction Ltd.

We had our bathroom redone by Julio. He was very helpful and professional from start to finish. The work started earlier than scheduled because he had an opening and it was nice to get our job done. It was nice that he was flexible with his hours as we had to leave early on a couple of days. Professional work done on time is hard to find. Thank you Julio and Jorge.

It was a pleasure to work with Julio. He is honest and hard working. His workmanship is done with pride and it shows. He also has a good sense of humour which makes it fun to work with him. We hired him to do concrete work on a few of our family's homes. We were very happy with the results. Thanks Julio!
