Toledo Renovations

We renovated our ensuite bathroom and are very happy with the results, thanks to Toledo Renovations. Nate was a pleasure to work with and truly committed to delivering exceptional service. He went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend!

Toledo Renovations is simply fantastic. Right from the beginning, Nate stood out from other contractors. He provided an estimate that included a complete breakdown of the costs and suggestions for how we could save. We appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of Nate as our contractor and of the tradespeople he organized for our relatively small job (just replacing old tile and fixtures in a bathroom with something more up-to-date). Nate communicated with us regularly and always followed through on our discussions. He consulted with us when there were choices to be made and provided great advice along the way that respected our tastes and desired outcomes. Every single person Toledo Renovations sent to our home paid attention to detail and took the time to explain each step of the renovation. We are thrilled with the results. The new tile and fixtures are stunning. We are planning to use Toledo Renovations in the future and we highly recommend Nate and his team.

We lucked out finding Nate. My wife and I bought our first house, a house we wanted to make our family home for years to come. We had 3 contractors come for quotes. Nate was the second contractor that came, within 10 minutes we knew who we were hiring. Nate listened to what we wanted for the home, provided his ideas and came up with a solution that worked best for us. Being first time home owners and reno goers we had no idea what we were doing but Nate never made us feel like we had a ridiculous question or request. We continually added scope as we saw things progress and got more and more excited. Nate was very good at guiding us to spend money where it counted and saving where we could. It was impressive how Nate kept our house on a reasonable timeline even with COVID delays and adding scope. We really wanted to spend Christmas in our new home and Nate and crew made it happen - It was the best Christmas! All of the trades on our house were solid, from the demo crew to the finishers and and everyone in between. Many came back after the project was done for extra requests. Even over the Christmas break, the electrician came to make sure we had our hot tub going :) I could go on and on, but if you are looking for someone to help you transform your house into your home, Nate and crew are the people to deal with. Thanks Nate! We really appreciate everything :)

Toledo Renovations did a wonderful job replacing the shower in our en suite bathroom. The team that did the work was dependable and showed up on site as scheduled. They were quiet and tidy as the work was completed and did a complete cleanup after the work was done. Nate was very responsive and there was plenty of communication during the course of the job. Also, there were no surprises on the final invoice as the estimate was almost spot on. I would not hesitate to use Toledo Renovations for any future jobs and it is a pleasure to provide this recommendation.

We first hired Nate to add a bathroom to our downstairs area. We were very impressed with the quality of his work and the way he ensured that the project was finished on time and in agreement with the quote provided. When we moved, we had no hesitations in hiring Nate and his team a second time to complete a whole home renovation that included 3 new bathrooms and a new kitchen, updated wiring and lighting. The whole Toledo team worked hard to ensure our new home met all of our expectations. Nate and his team are awesome to work with, and we are thrilled with the finished project. Many people have complimented us on these renovations. We have recommended Nate to others and would not hesitate to do so again.
