We are so happy with the quality of work Kairos Construction team has done. James and his team are amazing, especially his project manager Matt and sub contractors and his designer Kristina. Our project included an addition (upper and lower level), all new floors and siding and roofing, glass deck railing, new modern front entry remodel and fireplace. It took months as predicted and we were kept informed every step of the way. His knowledge of construction is incredible. We looked at options but once we met James and saw his award winning projects we chose him. He stayed on budget and if there were any variations we were informed early on. I had Kairos out for a quote on adding rock to my fireplace. I worked so well with James and his crew I continued. Counter tops, flooring, Island, added extra outlets and lighting under the kitchen cabinets. James has always been avail. He is busy, but very good. Several of my neighbors have and are still using his services. Not one regret choosing Kairos
