The owner as well as his office staff are amazing. Paul came to our home to inspect the job site and the progress on a regular basis. My project manager was Elliott. Elliott came everyday and made sure the job was done right. Elliott is a perfectionist. Our family would definitely use Pristine again for other home projects. I highly recommend this company. And especially Elliott as your project manager.
The “A Day at the Beach” Kitchen Renovation. The concept came from wallpaper on my mobile phone of the surf and beach. My wife and I love the beach, so we implemented the concept of white cabinets that are foam on the beach, the counter is the surf, and the backsplash is the surf splashing to the sky. The result of the renovation was better than we expected. I spent time coming up with the concept by looking at a lot of products that could produce the effect before we signed the contract. I believe that reduced any conflict when picking products, i.e. counter tops, cabinets, backsplash and floor tile. Given any project of this type will have some “bumps in the road”. During the construction phase any problems we encountered were minor and the PHR project Manager, Elliot Holtom, quickly resolved these. At the end of the project the punch list was limited to small issues touch ups quickly and easily resolved. All their staff provided excellent work and worked closely with me as I explained how the final product should represent and appear. Overall, I am extremely pleased with PHR’s performance, understanding the concept and most importantly producing the results that are to us, a magnificent kitchen; “A Day at the Beach”.
Pristine Renovations remodeled our master bathroom and two guest bathrooms and performed repairs to four other rooms in our home. We are thrilled with the results. We owe a great deal to the Project Manager, Elliot Holtom, who was on-site daily and directed the entire team. His problem-solving skills, adaptability and communications skills were key to the success of the project. Construction is inherently unpredictable, and issues always arise. Elliot’s strength was anticipating issues before they arose and then presenting me (the homeowner) a menu of options, giving me the pros and cons of each. Every day, Elliot documented the progress made the day before and described what would happen the next day. His interpersonal skills, patience and calming presence helped make the construction process much more positive.
We worked with Pristine Renovations this past year for a major remodel of our master bathroom and they were excellent to work with start to finish. We had an initial consultation with Chris who helped ensure the project was what we were looking for all the way through to the end. The owner Paul, and Elliot, the project manager, were consummate professionals who were always very hands-on with checking the project as it progressed and handling any major issues as they came up. I highly recommend them to work with for any home renovation projects, larger small.
PHR did a wonderful job renovating our 30 year old primary bathroom! I loved that they pair you with an in-house designer to go over all the details of the project before starting, allowing a lot of think through of the layout. Our bathroom was met with a few challenges, with the biggest one being mold behind the shower wall. Paul was unphased. After remediation, Paul and his team continued to get our timeline back on track. We now have a beautiful shower with a great warranty! In addition, I have felt my health improve vastly since having a new bathroom. If you suspect mold somewhere in your home, I highly recommend having it removed and renewing your space. You can’t put a price tag on your health. We love our new bathroom and feel like we’re at a St. Regis Spa every time we use it!
