Randy was always on time or early, stayed within budget, and communicated clearly every step of the way. Whenever something needed to be adjusted, he explained the situation thoroughly and gave us options so we could make informed decisions. That level of transparency gave us total confidence throughout the project.

He helped guide us with design choices while still making sure the final decisions reflected exactly what we wanted. The finished bathroom looks phenomenal. The quality of his work truly speaks for itself.

Beyond his craftsmanship, Randy is simply a great person to work with. He has a wonderful sense of humor, is easy to talk to, and clearly takes pride in what he does. We trusted him in our home even when we were not there and never once had any concerns. That peace of mind is priceless.

We hired Randy from True North General Contracting to handle the reconstruction of our second floor after a flood. While a separate team handled the initial dry-out and mold remediation, Randy and his crew took over for the restoration of our hallway, bathroom, and two bedrooms.

The entire process was seamless. Randy was incredibly patient, walked us through every step of the repair, and was a fantastic communicator. One of the biggest stressors was dealing with the insurance company, and Randy’s help with that communication was invaluable. His team worked quickly, and the end result is actually better than it was before the flood! I cannot recommend True North highly enough for their professionalism and quality of work.
