Michael, Jenny and Trent with The Contractor Guys made our casita dream come true. They were reliable, punctual, sticked to the budget and great to work with. We love our new casita and garage, it really was a fantastic addition to our home. Picking the right contractor was key to work with our HOA as well as the City of Scottsdale. Can't go wrong with them!

We hired TCG in Dec. of '24 for a ~600 sq foot addition to our home in Fountain Hills, AZ. TCG was amazing to work with as they aced what I consider the trifecta of general contractors. They came in on-budget, on schedule, and were reasonable to deal with regarding change orders and mistakes. Additionally, their subcontractors conducted themselves professionally and we really don't have anything bad to say about TCG.
We would gladly use them again for any future projects which I think is the ultimate litmus test.

My wife and I have been flipping houses in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area for over 6 years and our go-to contractor is The Contractor Guys. Our projects range from cosmetic remodels to new-builds and everything in between. As you will see from the attached images, their craftsmanship is exceptional, and Michael and Jennie, and the extended TCG team are a pleasure to partner with as we continue our real-estate investing journey. Thanks TCG for all you do to make our projects a success!
