Tommy and his crew knocked it out of park! We wanted to add to a front porch to our house and M4 made it happen! Great communication, timely work, and a great finished product. Would definitely recommend!

Customer Reviews
Margaret Hess
MIII Builders built our dream home, and every single day we feel incredibly blessed that we chose them. From start to finish, they turned our vision into a reality with care, craftsmanship, and dedication. We look at our beautiful home and are constantly reminded of how grateful we are for their work. M4 saw our vision with a growing family in mind & a place for family & friends gatherings. Every person that has entered our home has been in awe at all the custom work. M4 heard our budget & stayed within those means. The price was completely affordable! M4 has been a blessing! To say we LOVE our home is an understatement!

Frequently Asked Questions
Can M4's clients stay in the home during a remodel?
It depends on the scope: a kitchen or bath can often be staged so the rest of the house stays livable, while a studs-out restoration usually means moving out for its duration.
How does M4 set the scope and price for a remodel?
M4 walks the property and provides a written bid with the scope and price before demolition begins.
What can't go in M4's roll-off dumpsters?
Tires, propane tanks, paint or liquids, concrete or dirt, batteries, and AC units are excluded.
