Where do I start. Our family experienced a major flood in our home in July of 2025 which we've never encountered in the past. We have lived in our home for 48 years. We had no idea the journey that was about to unfold. After the initial assessment by the restoration company that was provided by our insurance company, we began to understand the scope and complexity of our rebuilding journey. We also knew we needed help in the reconstruction of our home and a company that had experience in dealing with insurance companies for these type of events. A friend recommended I call Alon with Barrington Construction as we did not know a contractor that was in a position to handle our massive situation as the flood reached every room in the house with the exception of the two back bedrooms. After our initial phone conversation and face to face meeting with Alon, we felt very comfortable with Alon and his knowledge of the insurance process and all the moving parts between the deconstruction and reconstruction of our home. We also like his sense of humor. We signed on with Barrington and began the reconstruction of our entire home. Alon worked with AAA Insurance to secure a fair settlement for all damages that allowed us to start our rebuild and more. Over the next 18+ weeks, Alon and his team work with my wife and I and the interior designer we hire to help us navigate this remodel. Alon communicated with us everyday letting us know what was to take place each week and our responsibilities when needed. Alon's construction knowledge was instrumental in keeping the project from almost zero cost overruns and our budget intact. The quality of the workmanship provided exceeded our expectations and the guidance Alon provided assisted us in making what seemed like a thousand decisions throughout our journey. His impact is seen throughout our home. Finally, all of the different crews, vendors and providers were knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and provided a high quality of workmanship as well. I would recommend working with Alon and his team for any size construction project.

I was connected with Alon and the Barrington team through my mitigation contractor after we had water damage in our kitchen. Alon was great to work with, explaining the process and timeline when working though insurance. With Alon's guidance, we were able to successfully get approval from our insurance carrier. Alon, Joey, and the rest of the team were extremely helpful, listening to our wants and working with us throughout the process. Most importantly, they were able to complete our new kitchen before Christmas! We are very happy with the results a d would highly recommend Alon, Joey, and team!

We had severe water damage throughout our kitchen and other parts of our house. Alon and his team was referred to us by the water mitigation team to help rebuild our kitchen after all damaged cabinets were removed. From day one, Alon and Joey were super professional and helpful in explaining the process of working with the insurance company to the actual rebuild. Alon was willing to figure working within our limited budget to provide the best quality possible. The team was punctual and professional. Each team that specialized in their specific tasks for the rebuild worked quickly and always cleaned up before they left for the day. After nearly 3 months of not having a functioning kitchen, we are relieved Barrington was able to work their magic to make our home normal again.

My experience with Alon and Barrington Construction was fantastic. I found Alon after searching for a contractor who not only had great work in their portfolio but could also help with my insurance claim. I spoke with a lot of contractors, but after talking to Alon, I knew he was the right choice. He and his crew did an amazing job on our master bathroom remodel, and Alon was very involved throughout the process. Anytime I had a question, he responded quickly and took care of it. It was clear he wanted to make sure we were completely happy with the results. The pricing was fair for the work that needed to be done. My wife and I chose the finishes and shared our design ideas, and Alon and his team made them a reality. We ended up with a master bathroom that’s even more beautiful than we imagined. We had been pushing off updating our kitchen for years, and when a water line finally broke off behind a valve, we decided it was time to move forward and update our main living space. Alon and Joey worked with our public adjuster to submit fair and accurate claims with our insurance company- Alon made sure to submit estimates that were both thorough and reasonable, which helped with ensuring our insurance processed the claim smoothly.

Our remodel ended up being more extensive than we originally planned. We decided to repipe our whole house, redid our master bathroom, and remodeled the whole downstairs... all while living in the home! The scope of work was large, but Alon and Joey were able to ensure we knew what was coming, what we needed to have ready, and how things were progressing. All in all, once the work started, it was 95% done within 6 weeks. Alon and Joey were extremely efficient in managing their subcontractor's time, there were only a handful of days where there weren't major updates/changes being made. We also felt that their subcontractors were VERY good at their respective trades- it was wonderful knowing that the work was being done correctly, rather than worry about corners being cut.

Alon and Joey were also very flexible. We had a few different ideas about how we wanted to proceed with two areas of our house- the master bath and the media niche. In both cases, they listened to our big-picture vision, gave us options, and didn't pressure us one way or the other. When the dust settled, our house was done exactly how we wanted it to be done, and we couldn't be happier.

I'd recommend Alon and Joey to anyone looking at doing remodel work- they are both hard-working, trustworthy professionals who clearly put immense pride into their work product. We felt taken care of throughout the process- they were both readily available to discuss questions, they communicated well, and absolutely delivered on what they promised. Thank you Alon and Joey!!
