We wanted a major remodel of our kitchen/living area and we were anticipating a stressful process, so we wanted a contractor that offered a one stop full service remodel experience. Focil Construction offers just that. From design to final walk through, the Focil team coordinated everything. They addressed our concerns professionally and offered great suggestions ( under cabinet lighting!) Their work is quality and if there is any concern they work to make it right. It's apparent they take pride in their work. We ended up adding more work to the project and changing our minds about a couple of things and they were very professional and accommodating. We're anticipating more work to be done in the future and we will trust Focil Construction with it. Thank you Focil team, we love our new kitchen !

We recently completed a kitchen and home remodel with Focil Construction, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Joseph and Catalina were an absolute pleasure to work with. As a family-run, local business, they brought a personal touch and level of care that really stood out. They listened closely to our vision, offered smart, creative suggestions (always go with quartzite!), and helped guide us through every decision with confidence.

Their attention to detail was outstanding, and their communication throughout the project was clear and consistent. One thing that truly impressed us—they showed up every single day to the job site. That kind of dedication gave us so much peace of mind and ensured nothing fell through the cracks.

On top of that, their pricing was very competitive with other contractors we considered, but choosing them as a full-service design and build firm made all the difference. Having everything handled under one roof kept the process smooth, efficient, and stress-free.

Joseph and Team were amazing to work with. They are a full service design and construction company and we used every bit of their services. We were doing a full remodel of our downstairs which includes structural work and a total redesign of how we use and live in the space. We needed to gain storage and modernize the layout. He completed the job before the anticipated date even though we added to the scope of work. He also stayed within budget and the quoted amounts. We didn't always know exactly what we wanted and the team and designs (Stephanie Melendez designed the entire layout and provided great insight into what to purchase to keep to the design. She was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of what we needed.) were on point. All interactions were professional and thoughtful. Any issue that arose were quickly and efficiently dealt with and we were provided quality work. Oren the electrician performed quality work and provided insight for us to get the most out of our lighting and automate using the Lutron system. Catalina and the in-house fabrication team designed and built a great fireplace with surrounding cabinetry. We have received many compliments and would not hesitate to refer and use the Focil Team in the future.
