Sean Patrick Builders saved our day, month, year! The painters we had out to paint our kitchen and family room discovered a leak that soaked through the drywall. We contacted a couple of different contractors who wouldn't take on the job because they did not do insurance work. The insurance company would not cover the chimney and flashing fixes that caused the leaking. Insurance sent out ServPro to take out the drywall. We were given the charge of rebuilding the wall. When those abovementioned two contractors didn't want to work with the insurance company, we contacted Sean Patrick Builders and (Sean) came out that very day. Although he doesn't do small jobs such as ours, he did us a huge favor by repairing the wall in our family room. His crew came out in stages to do everything (dry wall, finishing, etc.) that needed to be done so the wall is ready for the painters to come back. They were old school craftsmen. We cannot speak highly of Sean and his crew. His communication skills are top notch. He was in contact with us throughout the whole process and was out at our home several times to be sure everything was done correctly. I have known Sean for years and contracted with him to finish our basement after buying our home in Ottawa Hills, OH. Sean's work ethic, drive and sense of design and style turned our dungy, uninviting basement into a bright and inviting space. It's so comfortable that when some of our adult children come home, their preference is to stay in that space.
