Our previous renovation with another contractor was stressful, so this time we wanted someone organized, honest and clear.Working with Roman and Luxe Home Renovation was completely different.From the first meeting everything was explained properly — scope of work, pricing, and timeline. Throughout our kitchen renovation and high-end bathroom remodel we were constantly updated. We always knew what stage the project was at and what was coming next. Most importantly, there were no surprises and the project stayed on budget exactly as agreed.They handled everything for us: coordinating trades, deliveries, materials and scheduling. We didn’t have to chase suppliers or manage different workers. Even though they took care of all the logistics, we still felt involved and part of the process. Every decision was discussed with us and we never felt ignored or pressured.The quality of work is amazing. The bathroom feels like a spa and the kitchen looks custom built. The tile work, finishing and attention to detail really show they take pride in their work.They were also extremely respectful of our home. Floors were protected, everything was cleaned at the end of each day, and the house never felt like a construction site.Compared to our first renovation experience, this was smooth and actually enjoyable. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Roman and Vadim are hands down two of the best contractors I've ever worked with. Not only has the work done on both of my homes been exemplary, but as a Realtor, I've had occasion to refer them to my clients and I've heard nothing but rave reviews every time. Their pricing is reasonable. Their communication is excellent. Their skill, attention to detail and sincere care for their client's complete satisfaction is evident from start to finish. I have 1 more bathroom that needs finishing. My one and only call will be to Luxe Home Renovation.
