Luxe Home Renovation

We moved to Canada a few years ago and this was not our first renovation experience, so we were honestly a bit nervous starting again. Our previous renovation with another contractor was stressful, so this time we wanted someone organized, honest and clear. Working with Roman and Luxe Home Renovation was completely different. From the first meeting everything was explained properly — scope of work, pricing, and timeline. Throughout our kitchen renovation and high-end bathroom remodel we were constantly updated. We always knew what stage the project was at and what was coming next. Most importantly, there were no surprises and the project stayed on budget exactly as agreed. They handled everything for us: coordinating trades, deliveries, materials and scheduling. We didn’t have to chase suppliers or manage different workers. Even though they took care of all the logistics, we still felt involved and part of the process. Every decision was discussed with us and we never felt ignored or pressured. The quality of work is amazing. The bathroom feels like a spa and the kitchen looks custom built. The tile work, finishing and attention to detail really show they take pride in their work. They were also extremely respectful of our home. Floors were protected, everything was cleaned at the end of each day, and the house never felt like a construction site. Compared to our first renovation experience, this was smooth and actually enjoyable. We finally understand what a professional contractor experience should be. We highly recommend Luxe Home Renovation for anyone looking for a reliable contractor for a bathroom renovation, kitchen renovation or full home renovation. Great communication, honesty and quality from start to finish.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Roman and Vadim are hands down two of the best contractors I've ever worked with. Not only has the work done on both of my homes been exemplary, but as a Realtor, I've had occasion to refer them to my clients and I've heard nothing but rave reviews every time. Their pricing is reasonable. Their communication is excellent. Their skill, attention to detail and sincere care for their client's complete satisfaction is evident from start to finish. I have 1 more bathroom that needs finishing. My one and only call will be to Luxe Home Renovation.

I recently moved to Canada, and this was my very first home and first renovation experience — and I couldn’t be happier that we chose Roman and Luxe Home Renovation. Everything was clear, honest, and easy to understand from the very beginning. Roman was incredibly respectful and patient, always taking the time to explain every step and answer all my questions. As a woman and a first-time homeowner, I really appreciated how comfortable and confident he made me feel throughout the process. Our new bathroom looks amazing and feels like home. I’m truly grateful for such a positive experience!

Luxe Home Renovation completed our kitchen renovation a year ago and I can say that the kitchen looks as good now as it did then! The workmanship and attention to detail combined with their product recommendations and sub-trades made this renovation an amazing success. From the outset of this renovation Roman Kravchouk worked with us and provided us with the necessary assurance that the project would be complete on time and on budget. We truly appreciated working with the Luxe Home Renovation Team. I would highly recommend Luxe Home Renovation for anyone looking for a professional contractor with integrity, reliability, and the ability to complete the job as quoted. Carl Lawrence

Reliable, Professional, On Time and On Budget- A Fantastic Experience! I couldn’t be happier with the work done by Roman and his outstanding team at Luxe Home Renovation. From the initial quote to the final cleanup, everything was handled with professionalism, transparency, and care. They gave a clear timeline at the start of the project and delivered right on schedule, which is rare these days. Even better, they stayed within the agreed budget, with no unexpected costs or last minute add ons. The workmanship was excellent across the board. Whether it was tiling, electrical, framing, total kitchen, total bathroom, plumbing, floors, every detail was handled with skill and attention. The crew was polite, hardworking, respectful of my home, and kept the work area neat throughout the job. I’ve worked with other contractors before, but this team set a new standard. If you’re looking for a dependable, honest, and skilled contractor who shows up, does quality work, and finishes exactly as promised, look no further. I highly recommend them and will absolutely hire them again!
