I used Bay Cities Construction to repair my home after a flooding incident. They are local and I have used Bay Cities for a homeowners association project. I wasn't sure that they do a smaller project as mine. Alex, Casey, Dan, and Adrian have all been honest and responsive. Work was a bit delayed due to illness but I appreciated that no one was working in my home during the pandemic with any type of illness. All was completed to my satisfaction. My home repairs included, new flooring, and new bathroom fixtures. I would recommend Bay Cities.

Bay Cities Construction did a complete bathroom remodel, a large staircase reconstruction, as well as intensive refurbishment inside our new home (paint entire interior, wall/ceiling skimming, installed all new recessed lighting throughout home, etc).The work was clean, on budget, and on time.
