I had my roof replaced and downspouts due to storm damage. The crew that came out were excellent they replaced boards and anything I needed. They took their time and my roof is perfect. it looks great and the house is even warmer. The office staff was also excellent. They kept in touch with me all the way through the process. They were patient and kind, keeping me updated and answering all my questions. Everyone in the company was very professional.
First Point Construction did such an incredible job on my roof. My roof required a complete tear off and new roof installed. My roof was completed smoothly and swiftly. One of the best experiences I have had dealing with a home improvement and/or contractor. All details were explained to me up front and it all happened timely and the way it was explained. All my questions were addressed promptly and the communication before, during, and after the roof replacement was very good. The actual work was completed in one day with minimal impact to landscaping. Only found two nails afterwards and had to look hard for those! Kudos to Chuck who took care of everything for me.
