My wife and I hired Sterling in the fall of 2022 for a new construction project on Gilbert Lake in Bloomfield Township. It was one of the BEST decisions we've ever made. Not only was their communication clear and concise, they were patient every step of the way as my wife and I were frequently changing our minds regarding different aspects of the home. Sterling was always patient with us as we navigated the hurdles of dealing with the township restrictions, and we never felt rushed or pressured when making final decisions. They exceeded our expectations in every way, most notably with their professionalism and quality of craftsmanship. We are grateful every single day with the home they built for us. Over the past decade, and multiple projects, Sterling has renovated the entire interior of our home. We cannot say enough good things about the entire team and their professionalism.

Additionally, we recently had a water issue stemming from one of our first projects from 10 years ago. Not only did it get fixed immediately, they covered the cost everything. Most contractors would not do that. They take pride in their work and back it up. Good people and great craftsmanship
