I am so thrilled that we found Sean Cooper for our recent project. I asked around a lot before starting this project, and Sean's name came up numerous times with nothing but wonderful reviews. His attention to detail is unlike any other contractor I've worked with, or heard of. He listens to you, and respects your vision and project. He works with professional crews and makes sure you are completely aware of the project's progress. There were times when the work was being done offsite, which he fully explained prior, but yet he would still call weekly to offer updates and inform us of timelines. He was always prompt to answer calls and address any questions or issues. We were so pleased with our project and are looking forward to the next one with him and his crew!
Our experience with Sean could not have been better. He’s what seems to be that rare contractor who communicates very well. There was never a point in the project when I did not feel informed, up to date on cost and schedule, or like I couldn’t ask questions. Our project consisted of extensive electrical and plumbing work. We also had complete kitchen and bathroom remodels. In one of the bathrooms, they added a new large shower that turned out fantastic!With such a large project, there were things that came up along the way. Sean always let me know what they discovered, different options to handle it and cost. He provided the info I needed to make a decision and when I was indecisive, he answered my questions so that I always felt like I was able to make the best decision for the result I wanted and our budget.A shout out to one of Sean’s teams, as well. I was there a few times when they were working on the tile. They were always hustling but also took the time to ask me if I was happy with their work and if I had questions. The tile work is a show stopper! I would not hesitate to recommend Sean Cooper Construction!

My partner and I absolutely adore working with Sean. When we bought our house, we renovated our main bath, finished the floors in the basement, built a deck, and widened our driveway. Sean was wonderful to work with! So wonderful in fact we called him again to renovate our kitchen, fireplace/mantle, hall bath, install hard wood in the office and bedroom, and replace our exterior doors.
