I hired Ed Neir Construction to level up the living room floor to the rest of the house. I had many other projects for them to do and when I was done with all the projects for them the inside of my house was down to the studs. It took longer than I thought but we were living in the house while the work was done. Antonio and Lenny were the best, whatever we wanted done it was done. They were the best workers and Ed and the guys really did a fantastic job on the whole house. I recommend Ed Neir constitution for all your house projects. I would recommend you make a list of what you want done. The house came out unrecognizable, I was very happy.

We are so thankful to have Ed complete our shed renovation project! At first we were planning on removing the existing structure and replacing it with a new one which would have cost over twice as much as our current project, but after a quick estimate we moved forward with a renovation. The completed work was much better than we could ever imagine too. The space is now so clean and inviting and we’ve likely extended its life by decades. Throughout the process we were given fair quotes and opportunities to approve the work as well. Absolutely recommend Ed and his team.
