This company was doing work in my unit and I'm shocked (and shaken up) at how unprofessional their men have been. I was advised that the Cambridge workers would clean up after they finished the work in the unit, and that disruption would be minimal but it was the exact opposite! 1. The men doing the work in my apartment immediately were looking at me strangely. This was an incredibly uncomfortable experience, to have happen in my home come into my home and immediately act creepy. Thankfully there were other tenants around. 2. They were chatting and laughing loudly while they worked, no idea what they were saying since they spoke an Indian language. So it was impossible to get about normal activities while they were there. 3. They finished their work and left a puddle of muddy water on my toilet floor, toilet seat and walls! I was appalled! I also discovered they had used up most of my hand soup washing their hands after. I had to spend an hour cleaning and mopping the floors after their work. 4. They are unreliable in their estimations of time and what is needed. They say water will be off only certain time, but they obviously don't actually know and expect you to be okay without knowing.

I'm very pleased & happy with Cambridge's Repiping Work in my unit. It'll prevent water leaking for many years & has brought so much Peace in my mind!!! Many thanks to Mr Cody's strong leadership & deep plumbing knowledge which has led his team successfully repiped so many units in our high-rise building. I especially appreciate Mr Eddie's excellent finishing foreman skills to make it possible to restore a beautiful home for me after Mr Brandon's plumbing team finished repiping: no visible cut mark on drywall, matched paint & restored light...... Highly recommend Cambridge's repiping & appreciate each Cambridge employee's help to my unit, May you be blessed!!!

May 26, 2026 Regarding: Re-piping, The Selkirk , by Cambridge Plumbing July 2025 - March 2026. The Strata Council of the Selkirk condominium comprised of 24 floors, and 148 suites selected Cambridge Plumbing for our major re-piping project. Following a thorough vetting process, we chose Cambridge and were very pleased with our choice. The project commenced on schedule and was completed on time and within budget. One of the key advantages of working with Cambridge Plumbing was the use of their own qualified and professional sub-trades throughout the project. Any issues that arose during construction were handled promptly and professionally. The onsite full-time foreman was always readily accessible and responsive to council and resident concerns. Council also appreciated having direct access to Cambridge management whenever needed. There was also an after-hours emergency contact list. The re-piping work completed by Cambridge has been fully inspected and verified for code compliance and signed off by City Building Department. During the project we received a great deal of positive feedback from owners regarding the workers, who were consistently polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. Daily site cleaning of suites and hallways was completed diligently, which helped minimize disruption for residents during the project. I live in the Selkirk high-rise in Coquitlam, and our strata hired Cambridge for re-piping. The company exceeded expectations with outstanding work. Their workers were polite, friendly, and maintained a clean work environment by cleaning up each day after working in each unit, allowing owners to continue their daily routines seamlessly. This project, valued at over $2 million, was completed ahead of schedule—finishing in just four months, whereas similar projects in smaller buildings typically take 8 to 11 months. I personally spoke with several employees, and their positive feedback about the company reflects its excellent reputation. Clearly, Cambridge is a top-tier company with satisfied employees indicating a strong, reliable team.

Working with this company was genuinely pleasant on a personal level—the crew got along well with each other and treated us with real courtesy, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and friendly. They showed up consistently and were really accommodating about timing. But when it comes to the actual work, that's where things got a little disappointing. We found damaged tiles that had been covered up with grout instead of replaced, they used cheap paint that didn't hold up, and they skipped measurements that would have prevented some frustrating mistakes. I'm also worried they cut corners on the re-piping—we've got new noises in the plumbing that weren't there before. To their credit, the site manager always got back to us quickly when we raised concerns and stayed in touch even after the job wrapped up. So while I liked the people in general, the inconsistent quality is a bit of a question mark.
