David Lee
David was super friendly, attentive, earnest and a great communicator. He showed care for my relatively smaller renovation project and made the whole process easy and smooth. Really enjoyed working with him and his amazing team.
Alaina Burnett
David and his team did a great job with my condo renovation, scraping the popcorn ceilings and installing vinyl flooring. David's expertise and advice on the changes I wanted to make were appreciated and on point. The transformation was amazing, and Peak Performance was professional, timely and priced fairly.

After consultations with David, the Peak Performance team was contracted to demolish my old cedar deck and build a new one. David addressed my concerns about drainage and added in a creative modification to the design. Ethan (and Amir) were professional and worked efficiently during the construction process, building the deck to my satisfaction. Thank you, Peak Performance.

Upon first meeting David from Peak Performance, we were impressed with his easy-going and knowledgeable character. We have performed numerous renovation projects in past years and this, by far, was the most care-free and seamless one to date. David is a very honest tradesman who's first interest is in making his client happy with the finished product...his communications during the process were also spot on and much appreciated. We had our tired, old, 70's bathroom converted into a modern and eye-catching addition to our condo. The pricing was very affordable and well within our budget for this project too. Now it's time to enjoy our new bathroom and we extend our heartfelt thanks to David and his entire crew for a fantastic job - we have zero hesitation in highly recommending Peak Performance for your home's needs.

First time condo buyer renovated kitchen and bathroom. Spoke to several contractors; David most personable and offered a competitive quote. Communication excellent throughout the project and transparent around reasons for any changes in cost or scope. Handled subcontractors and permitting in a professional and timely fashion. Also took responsibility for and fixed a few accidents that occurred as part of the project. Really happy with both the process and the product. It is clear that David really cares and we’re really happy with our reno.
