Sosna Home Renovations

What a stellar experience it is renovating with Sosna. I am privileged to have had my last 2 homes renovated by Sosna. We just finished our reno on our new home, which was the entire main floor, kitchen, stairs, powder, flooring, living, dining. Plus, new flooring on all 3 levels + upgrades to the lower fireplace and bathroom fans on all 3 levels. It turned out spectacular. They work with you from design to budget to construction to completion. I previously used them for renos on my last home in 2018 and then again on this new home in 2025-26. They are not just meticulous professionals...they are true quality people. Love Sosna! I will always go back to them for any renos I need done on my home!

We are very happy that we decided to use Sosna for our renovations. Olga, our designer, has done an excellent job with the kitchen and bathroom designs and always explained why she made specific recommendations. She provided multiple design options to chose from, integrated our suggestions and sought constant feedback to make sure we were happy and within the budget guidelines. The design process has been well organized and her attention to detail has been impressive. Selecting fixtures, flooring, countertops, etc. was not as daunting as we expected because Olga and her team made sure that we stayed focused and on budget. We appreciate all the help that Olga and the team at Sosna have provided to date. They have been highly professional and respectful.

Five stars are not enough to describe our level of satisfaction with Sosna. From the initial discovery meeting with the project adviser, Jolene, to the completion of our basement renovation, the Sosna team demonstrated not just the highest level of professionalism, but also genuine care for our interests. I have the deepest gratitude for Camila, our designer, Dante, the estimator, Roman, our project manager, and, of course, Sergey and Nazar who were here seven o’clock sharp every work morning, whose hard work ensured the project was completed within a very tight timeline. Sosna also has a whole sleuth of electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, flooring installers, painters and other needed tradespeople to call upon so that it was worry-free for our part, although I had it on good authority that our esteemed project manager did lose sleep over it! Finally, I’d like to commend the Sosna team for their attention to details for not just completing projects, but projects that they and their clients can be proud of. I know that whenever we are in the basement, we will remember the Sosna team fondly!

Sosna has been my “go-to” contractor since 2009 and has completed several projects including a major addition in 2017, so who else would I trust but Sosna to put our flooded Toronto basement back in order?! We are more than pleased with their work yet again on this basement restoration. They have made it even better than it was before. The attention to detail and high standards are exactly what you can expect from Sosna. They do not “cut corners” and are always looking for ways to make things better. You can trust when they suggest improvements to the plan that you will not be disappointed. They may not be the least expensive contractor but I firmly believe that you get what you pay for - “cheap contractors are not good and good contractors are not cheap”! We were doubly impressed with the workers who were always on time and kept to scheduled hours. Renovations can be very disruptive to your lives but Sosna goes above and beyond to respect your property and make the process as easy as they could. The basement furniture and boxes had to be moved several times to complete the restoration. The insurance company had already caused some additional damage when moving furniture but Sosna fixed those damages too! So very grateful!

Andrei and his team were fantastic! We hired Sosna because we needed a reputable, trustworthy, all-in-one renovation company to tackle our major house renovation. Sosna took care of everything from design to construction. While the cost of their service is on the higher end (& we did subcontract some work to other contractors due to cost saving reasons), the work that Sosna delivered in the end is undoubtedly worth it. They truly deliver on quality craftsmanship and professionalism, always on time and within their quoted budget!
