Coastline Construction Company

I've worked with Walter for a few projects now. One, a kitchen remodel and entire home flooring. Most recently, for a shower remodel in both bathrooms. Walter is on time, communicative and straightforward with his pricing. Any hiccups along the way are clearly discussed. I've been very please with the results both times and would not hesitate to hire him again. His workers were there on time every day and worked entire days. No one is trying to cut out early. I would and have recommended Walter and would do so again.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Walter Winters of Coastline Construction on multiple projects for my clients, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. Walter is always on time, incredibly professional, and one of the kindest people you’ll meet. He treats his crew with respect, which shows in the quality of their work and the positive energy they bring to every job site. His craftsmanship is flawless and impeccable—every detail is handled with care, and the results consistently exceed expectations. I’ve hired Walter time and time again, and I continue to refer him to many of my clients who are looking to remodel. What I appreciate most is that he’s local and deeply connected to the community. His knowledge of the area and the people here makes working with him even more seamless and trustworthy. If you’re looking for someone reliable, skilled, and genuinely invested in both his work and his clients, Walter Winters is the one to call.

We had a great experience working with Coastline Construction on our bathroom remodel. Walter was fantastic to work with from the start, he helped us come to a fair price and made the process feel smooth and straightforward. The crew, Jose and Javier, showed up exactly when they said they would, six days a week without fail, and got the job done on time. Their work was clean, professional, and really well done, from demo to tile work, plumbing, painting, and all the finishing touches. We’re so happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend Coastline Construction to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality work.

I hired Walter to perform a full remodel on 2 houses in Westlake Village. The quality is great and he gave me a reasonable, no-BS bid for both projects. I've worked with many contractors in the past, and Walter has the best attitude thus far. I would gladly both re-hire and recommend him to others.
