We are extremely pleased with the results of our 400-square-foot kitchen and office addition and remodel completed by Empire Builders, and we would highly recommend them for future projects. We have an older home, and after such a positive experience, we’re already thinking about the next projects we’d like Empire Builders to take on for us. This was the first project of this scope for my wife and me, and we were very fortunate to have James guide us from start to finish. We chose Empire Builders, and James specifically, because of the immediate trust he earned. He truly listened to what we wanted rather than trying to sell us on a different design or vision. Throughout the process, he consistently reaffirmed that he was working for and with us, not against us. James was always forthright and honest with updates, even when the news wasn’t exactly what we were hoping for. That level of transparency is something we came to appreciate more and more as the project progressed. Once construction began, we were consistently impressed by James’s in-house team as well as the subcontractors he brought in. Everyone was professional, clean, friendly, and willing to take the time to educate us so we could make informed, thoughtful decisions along the way. The entire team was outstanding—Vince, Marcus, Aaron, and Dominic could not have been better. At no point during the project did we ever feel taken advantage of, which speaks volumes about the integrity of Empire Builders.

We absolutely loved our experience with Empire Builders. I am a detail oriented perfectionist, and so it takes a lot for me to be happy with contractors in general. We have a 110 year old house, so I'm very particular about who works on it in any restoration projects. I was very impressed with all three of the people I worked with at Empire, and definitely plan to hire them back for many projects in the future!

We built the house we are now living in five years ago. And since the house was completed we have hired many contractors. Of all the contractors who built the house and all those who worked on additional projects, Empire who just completed a complicated project for us was the BEST contractor who worked on our house. Empire was always here at the committed time and did exactly what was agreed to and always completed in the committed time. In addition to their dependability they are incredibly tidy. James & Gabe did an amazing job on our home! We did an extensive remodel, from adding square footage to building an amazing outdoor patio/kitchen and a complete facelift to our exterior and roof.
