Tim is the owner of the company and is an absolute pleasure to deal with. We have hired him for a small job and then a larger job. I have been in the Okanagan for over 20 years and have had different trades work for us in many capacities . People have worked for us and with us and I’ve also been in the trades, myself. Of course, with anything, there is always a best. Tim and his company are the best we have ever dealt with and by a longshot. I think in regards to the major components you would want from a contractor, Kal Construction covers them all: friendly, reliable, knowledgeable, flexible, competent and they excel in service.The two workers that Tim has with him, Alex and Feder, were also a compliment to his company. Everybody was such a joy to have at our house working. The respect that they had for our home and our belongings while working is also something that is note worthy. The last 20+ years, I have hired people that may shine in a couple of areas but certainly didn’t have the full package that this company provides. In a time when work and trades are competitive, again this company is above and beyond.
