I believe we shared a great review of Keith Construction 5 years ago when our home was first completed. Since that time we have had an ongoing issue with a flooring manufacturer that would not warranty the cupping laminate installed in the lower level. the floors need to be replaced so Bryce and Mike at Keith Construction were excellent at coming to the table to help with absorbing the cost and managing the job. we can not say enough good things about Keith construction and welcome anyones questions if they have any doubts about hiring Keith Construction for their build project. We have found them to be very thorough, and competent to complete all work to a very high standard. communication has always been excellent and everything always very well organized. We trust this company and will certainly be looking to them next time we build.

I talked to several contractors, for the kitchen renovation, the general response was that the project was too small for them to consider. Bryce from Keith Construction, not only called back, he did a site visit, provided options and guidance before presenting a quote. I cannot say enough good things about everyone at Keith from project manager Tom Saliken, the construction crew and sub-contractors. They were friendly, professional and very respectful. When we needed to get in and out, they always stopped and cleared a path for mom, as she uses a walker and is on oxygen. It was a little hectic as they worked around us but in four weeks, from tear out to painting is done, we had a new kitchen. I would highly recommend Keith Construction for any renovation project, they are fast, efficient and just nice to deal with.
