GT Mann Contracting LTD.

The GT Mann team did an excellent job on our small bathroom renovation, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Jason, their Senior Site Supervisor, was attentive to every detail and managed the project extremely well. Because we only have one bathroom, he thoughtfully structured the work so we were never without a toilet, which was a huge consideration with two young kids. All of their subcontractors were top-notch, including plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, countertops, tile, and glass. The project was well organized, the scheduling was seamless, and the work progressed smoothly from start to finish. The space was consistently left clean and functional at the end of each day, which is not always easy to achieve but was greatly appreciated. The entire team was professional throughout the process. We will absolutely use GT Mann again and would confidently recommend them to anyone. Thank you to Graeme Mann for assembling such a great team and delivering a great result.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with GT Mann on a number of projects since 2019 in my capacity as an interior designer at Jenny Martin Design, and I can’t recommend them enough. Their thoroughness, attention to detail, client care and professionalism make them not only easy to recommend to our clients, but also a contractor I look forward to collaborating with. Justin, Luis, Travis, Mike, Steve, Jason and Adam have been nothing short of fantastic; Graeme’s managed to amass a team of skillful tradespeople who have that rare ability to work jointly with interior designers, loyal subtrades and happy clients while deftly juggling everyone’s needs and keeping the process fun. I look forward to working on many more projects with this team in the future!

GT Mann built our home and Jason Fast and Graeme Mann were incredible. Their dedication and ability to translate our vision into our reality has left us with a home that family and friends comment on how much they enjoy being in. We are grateful and if we didn’t love this house so much, we would start another project with them tomorrow.

I have worked with Graeme and GT Mann Contracting for 18 years, and I can honestly say you will not find a better team to build your home! Their attention to detail, creativity, imagination, kindness, and expertise on all levels, is second to none! If you can dream it up, this team can find a way to deliver it! Also, every single person that works for them is amazing and I have truly enjoyed every house we have worked with them on. If you are looking to have your dream home built, you don’t have to look any further than GT Mann Contracting!

We worked with Graeme and his staff at GT Mann to build our dream home. We worked closely with a project manager who helped navigate us through all the construction details. The end result was fantastic! We would highly recommend GT Mann to anyone looking to build their dream home in the greater Victoria and surrounding area.
