I cannot recommend All American Craftsmen enough! Everyone involved in the company- Joe and Chris and their team- are extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and dedicated to getting the job done right. We had water leaking in our window, and after pulling off siding and exploring, a large area of the house was rotted. The project was scoped originally for ~2 days and a small area, and turned into ~2 weeks and half the house. The team showed up everyday until the job was done! They went above and beyond, even including additional minor fixes, to ensure proper reinstall and sealing of the exterior of the house. 3 days after the job was done, we had a severe rain storm and we had no issues. If you want a quality team who will do the job right with open and honest communication, all for a fair price, then All American is the way to go! After initially requesting a quote online, I was contacted same day, and Joe came out to quote the job within 2 days, and work commenced about a week later.
I highly recommend All-American. From the start of our extensive home renovation project (new backyard deck and fence, water damage repair, drywall repair and painting of interior, new front porch and driveway) we had a great experience. Up front during proposal and planning they were open, honest, and provided us great insights and ideas. And as with ANY large project there were bumps along the way, but Joe and Chris at All-American were super responsive and always made it right! As Joe told me, they "aren't the least expensive and we aren't the most expensive" and he was right--and we got great VALUE with All-American. We'd have them do more work for us, but they already fixed our whole house!
Great company! I had a bathroom done. Joe communicated the process and the job started when he stated. He kept me informed along the way. An issue arose with a leak, he ensured me he would take care of the leak and any damages, then immediately sent someone to investigate. Then issue was resolved at his cost and all repairs were done expeditiously. Chris did final walk thru and corrected a couple of small things I had noticed but didn’t communicate to him. Good attention to detail. Highly recommend this company!
Quickly replied to my quote request and was at my house the same day to check out the project. Had a great discussion about what needed to be done and what I wanted. Wasn’t pushy or trying to bs me into work I didn’t need. Returned in a few days to start the project of repairing an exterior wall and had it knocked out quickly. Treated my home with respect and made a very high quality repair. Will definitely use again for any future projects!
Joe, Chris and their team are absolutely phenomenal to work with! On Dec. 4th 2024 we had a water backup on our first floor and they took care of mitigation right away. Our first floor then needed repairs as did our kitchen and they began to work right away on that as well. Joe is amazing with the work and communication he did with our home insurance company. They are easy to talk to, and are consummate professionals. Very clean as well, as work was being done daily in our home, the workers made sure to always keep things clean at the end of the day. Chris' knowledge is incredible!! We were so happy with their work we added on additional kitchen repairs and upgraded on flooring in some parts of the first floor.
