CDC (Construction Design Construction) designed an addition/master suite with bathroom for our aged, existing home. Added into the project was a wraparound roof extension, porch cover. We wanted the addition to flow from the home as if it were an original installation. With oak floors throughout, the floor seams to the roof peaks were meticulous, reflecting attention to detail, the superb craftsmanship they are known for. The exterior stucco workers commented to us, ‘we’ve never worked on walls that were so plumb and square. Excellent work!’ The owner, Jared Ray, worked with us from design through completion. With his detailed oversight we were not only impressed, but extremely happy with the outcome of our project. Even our neighbors expressed the cleanliness of the site, friendly workers and quality of the work. You will not be unhappy with any aspect of work, from the ground up, that CDC provides you. And we would use them again without reservation.
CDC was able to resolve an engineering issue discovered during demo on an elevator addition in Bird Rock LaJolla. We contracted with CDC to frame the elevator structure. All work was performed to our satisfaction.
