Fajardo Design & Construction

I’ve waited a little over a year to write this review. I wanted to make sure I gave an honest and thorough assessment of the work that was done. We contracted Fajardo Design & Construction to build a 500 sq ft back patio, integrated into our original house design (our house was built in 2022) and install an outdoor kitchen as well. I’m a commercial facility manager by trade, and I’ve supervised several projects over 5-7 million dollars, and most recently a 1.2B project in Temple. I know quality craftsmanship, well managed subcontractors, and a company that knows how to manage a project from cradle to grave. I can’t recommend Fajardo enough. I was impressed and satisfied with every aspect of the project, and the overall quality of construction was impeccable. Money well spent, and if I ever need another contractor I will look no further and hire them, because no matter the cost, I know I’m going to get exactly what I want.

When looking for top-notch construction services, Fajardo Construction and Design really stands out. From our first meeting, they had a deep understanding of what we needed. Their technical skills are backed by years of experience, and they clearly have a relentless dedication to making sure we, as customers, are engaged. this isn't a construction firm like those in the mold of yesteryear but almost a customer-centered enterprise in which the client's experience of the project is first and paramount. They let us know what the costs of various elements of the project are and what, precisely, those elements entail. This is a transformative way of doing business in the field. They maintained consistent professional contact, but the way we were treated and the seriousness with which our project was regarded meant that we formed with them a genuine and meaningful relationship. They aren't just a service; they're almost revolutionary in the way they perform. Our project was finished ahead of time and under budget. We love it.
