I initially called to change my roof but ended up also doing insulation in exterior paint to my house
I live in Alameda and it was very hard for me to find a reliable contractor. I had a very bad experience in the past.
Without being said, they have a remodeling did fantastic job and I’m so happy. I have a contractor now to call to ,that operate in my area.

We worked with Or on our kitchen remodel and honestly, it was such a smooth experience. From the beginning he helped us with the design, the permits, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. The permit process can be super confusing, but he handled it and made it feel easy.

What I really loved is that he also helped us start planning ahead for our ADU that we’re building in January 2027. He worked on the architectural plans and gave us great ideas we didn’t even think about. It feels good knowing we already have someone we trust for the next project.

The whole process felt simple, organized, and not stressful (which says a lot for remodeling!). I definitely recommend him to any Bay Area homeowner thinking about remodeling or building an ADU.

I had a leak in my roof and invited several other companies to give me estimates — all of them told me I needed a full roof replacement that would cost tens of thousands of dollars. I’m so grateful I spoke with Or before making a decision. They found an alternative solution that solved the problem for a fraction of the cost.

The entire experience was smooth and professional. They were honest, knowledgeable, and truly cared about finding the right solution instead of just selling me the most expensive option.

Because I was so happy with their work, I also hired them for my bathroom remodeling project — and again, they did an amazing job.

We met with Or and had a fantastic experience. As first-time homeowners, we really appreciated how dedicated he was to helping us understand our house. He was clear, patient, and spent a significant amount of time walking us through all of his inspection findings in detail.

Or shared his professional opinions while also encouraging us to do our own research, which we respected. He gave us a great deal of confidence regarding our foundation and was very knowledgeable about the EBB program. He also offered recommendations that other contractors had not mentioned, and those suggestions aligned with the structural research we had done independently.

What stood out most was how transparent and thorough he was. He showed us photos of his previous projects, explaining the specific brackets and structural designs he has used, and took the time to break down why each solution was appropriate. We felt informed rather than pressured.

Our time with Or was extremely well spent, and we would absolutely work with him again for the rest of our home projects.
