I had a great experience with RI Renovations from the start through the end of service. I needed a dishwasher installed where there were currently cabinets. Lisa and Jon walked me through my options and provided me with a quote the day after our consultation.
Once I knew which option I wanted to move forward with, it was a smooth and quick process to get the work scheduled and completed. Any time I had a question, I received a timely response from Lisa.
On the day of the renovation, Jon and his crew arrived right at the scheduled time. Before getting started, Jon told me what to expect (electric and water would be shut off at certain points) and he also gave me a heads up prior to it happening. The work was completed in a few hours and I’m super happy with how it turned out. It looks like the dishwasher has been here the entire time.

I called RI Renovations after a pipe burst in my kitchen. Jon and Lisa worked with my insurance adjuster and I could not have asked for better people! They were always professional, very communicative, kind and personable. All the work was explained to me and I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process.
