Bob was straight forward, knowledgeable, professional, reliable, and responsive. He communicated well, listened, made good suggestions, stayed on budget and schedule, and did excellent work. Bob, his crew, and his subcontractors were all pleasant and positive. We are grateful for their effort and are very happy with the way our basement turned out. Bob at Spagnolo Homes was a terrific contractor for our basement renovation project, from start to finish. He helped us decide some tricky design challenges, communicated clearly about schedule and budget (staying on both to best of his ability, even when outside forces threatened to derail his efforts), and hired expert subcontractors for plumbing, electric, and drywall. He secured the best quality materials and advised us on owner-bought items like flooring and fixtures. The basement now looks better than we could ever imagine. Thanks to Bob and Cherine for their patience and kindness!

Spagnolo Homes is an excellent contractor. They have done two projects in our home, several years apart. One was a complete replacement of a large walk-in cedar closet in our basement, which needed to be rebuilt after a devastating flood. The second project was the replacement of wooden deck railing, posts and trim with more weather resistant products.

Bob Spagnolo is easy to work with. He is friendly, professional, and plans your project carefully. He is experienced with projects from repairs to remodels to new construction. Bob provided us with options for design and materials for our projects, and he shared samples with us when choices needed to be made. He and his crew are great at project execution too. Our jobs were delivered on time and on budget, and he makes sure that you are satisfied with the work product. We were delighted with ours.
