Bob at Spagnolo Homes was a terrific contractor for our basement renovation project, from start to finish. He helped us decide some tricky design challenges, communicated clearly about schedule and budget (staying on both to best of his ability, even when outside forces threatened to derail his efforts), and hired expert subcontractors for plumbing, electric, and drywall. He secured the best quality materials and advised us on owner-bought items like flooring and fixtures. The basement now looks better than we could ever imagine. Spagnolo Homes is an excellent contractor. They have done two projects in our home, several years apart. One was a complete replacement of a large walk-in cedar closet in our basement, which needed to be rebuilt after a devastating flood.
