Eric and his team recently finished our basement, and I’m really happy with how everything turned out. From the very beginning, Eric was easy to talk to, always listened to what I wanted, and helped guide me through the entire process — from planning to the final result. What made the experience so smooth was the open communication. At every key moment, Eric would check in, share ideas, and go over different options so we could make the best choices together. It was a pleasure working with Eric and his crew — they were professional, reliable, and great to deal with. Eric and his team did an amazing job with our bathroom remodel. Every day they would show up on time, clean up and pack up all construction waste, store their tools neatly inside the bathroom, so everything was always contained to one area. Eric is a great communicator - he responded promptly to both emails and texts and answered all the questions we had. His team also paid great attention to detail - you can especially see that in their tiling work - all the corners and edges were sharp and clean. The plumbers and electrician on the team were also experienced and knowledgeable. The entire process was very well coordinated too - someone was always working and we never had to idly wait. Finally , Eric clearly has lots of experience with a variety of projects - he made suggestions that helped our small space become as functional as possible while still aligning with our vision. He would always call out potential caveats beforehand, so we were never caught by surprise. Eric and team are also just great guys to have around - polite, considerate and fun! Eric and his team finished our basement and they did such an amazing job! They kept us informed the whole time, showed up when they were suppose to, worked long and full days! Eric kept everything on budget and helped us the whole way. His team is very professional and respectful. Can't recommend Borman construction enough. We had Eric and his team come to our house to finish the second phase of updating our 1970's side-split. They replaced hardwood in our livingroom, stairs, upstairs hallway, and two bedrooms, replaced baseboards, doors and closet doors and created custom railings based on an idea my husband had. They were very professional, communicated their plan and provided weekly updates so managed expectations well and checked in to ensure we were happy with every stage of the process which I can assure you does not happen with all contractors (based on a previous experience we had with another contractor which was quite the opposite). They also completed the job on time. We felt that Eric and his team were very aware of the impact to the homeowners, courteous and ensured everything was cleaned up well at the end of every day. We would highly recommend Borman Construction and will definitely be using them for any future projects. It you want a good experience with a beautiful final product, use Borman.
