I would have loved to give this company a full 5/5 stars, as the craftsmanship was excellent, the team was polite and tidy, and working with Paul was a very positive experience. He was clear, communicative, and made sure I understood my options and the overall process before any work began. He respected my preferences and gave realistic timelines based on the scope.That said, the execution of the project left me a bit frustrated. What should have been a straightforward bathroom job took longer than expected due to how the work was scheduled. Instead of dedicating one or two full days to complete the project, it was spread over random days, with one trade working for a few hours and then another coming the next day for a short visit. This stretched out what could’ve been a 1–2 day job into a more drawn-out process.The biggest issue was that the tiler accidentally tiled over the shower head area, requiring them to return, break the tile, and redo part of the work. Mistakes happen, but for a team that specializes in bathrooms, overlooking a basic feature like a shower head felt careless. When the issue was discovered, the response from the crew was laughter—not a huge deal, but as the homeowner dealing with the extra time and disruption, it didn’t sit well with me.Despite these hiccups, I do believe they know what they’re doing and that my experience may have been a one-off. The end result looks great, and they left everything clean and well-finished. I just wish the scheduling and attention to detail had matched the quality of the final product.

Paul came to our home and looked at our roughed in plumbing and he had a plan to give us the basement bathroom that our family needed. I really liked the communication and the details in his estimate answered so many questions. Other builders gave a bit of verbal info or they gave an estimate that was not as detailed as Pauls. The work was done smoothly and at a good pace. I recommend Paul and his team for your Reno. We were new to this - first time Reno - and Paul made it very comfortable.
