The entire experience start to finish was smooth, positive, and we could not be more pleased with our new space!! Tyler, Cesar and crew are professional and organized in their project management, and their level of craftsmanship is outstanding. Communication was clear and consistent, and we felt supported throughout the entire project. They kept to the timelines, handled our questions respectfully, and maintained exceptional attention to detail throughout. Our end results are a dream (see photos!). If you’re looking to renovate, this is the team to bring in. They care about getting things right for their clients, and they are also great people which makes it a fun experience too. From the get go, Tyler was there to guide us through the planning and permitting stage, keeping us updated regularly on the expected ups/downs/delays of this process and always being an advocate for us. Day to day, we had a fantastic team of guys - particularly Cisco, Ben and Mike - who were kind, hardworking and always gracious of us living alongside the reno space. Sonnarc Homes, and specifically Tyler, as my point of contact took one of the most stressful experiences of my life (a flood that took out 2 floors of my home) and made the reconstruction a seamless process. I have done many a renovation over the years, but never have I dealt with a contracting/construction company where the trades were so prompt in terms of both actually showing up on time and cleaning up after the job was complete. It was such a good experience, I’ve booked them to complete a renovation on the unaffected area of my home so it all matches the level of quality and I know it will be done right. The patience that Tyler also exhibited with my million questions cannot be matched! There is no one I could recommend more highly or will ever deal with personally again.
