Property ReVision

We engaged Property Revision to finish the basement of our home, including a rec room, wet bar, full bath and a bedroom. They were a pleasure to work with at every level, all extremely personable, professional people. Our project manager, Andrew, was top notch and got us through the process ahead of schedule. His personal involvement and ability to handle any issue with creativity and a positive, client focus was appreciated and brought the quality we were seeking. The finish carpenters, Brandon and Ty, understood what we’re looking for on the key elements and delivered.
The material handling bullwork done by the team, especially Sean, was done with great care for our space.
All other areas including drywall, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, flooring and painting were very impressive. They were consultative and worked to ensure we had the outcomes that best suited us and our home.
We would highly recommend Andrew and Property Revision and will happily use them again for our future needs.

We contracted with Property ReVision to finish our basement, adding a large rec-room, kitchen, full bath, bedroom with egress window, and play room for the grandkids. From our initial meetings and estimate with Kessler, to our design meetings with Amber and Sienna, to the construction phase with project manager Todd, our entire experience was outstanding. All of the Property ReVision employees and subs were pleasant and highly skilled. The design and workmanship are top level. They came in on budget and on time. We were so fully satisfied that we have contracted with Property ReVision to give our main floor a refresh next year.

Chari brought incredible design ideas, helped us think through details we never would have considered, and was always happy to meet with us whenever we needed her input. Jason, one of the owners, was transparent, sincere, and deeply engaged throughout the entire project. He worked closely with us in the design phase to make sure every idea we had was incorporated in a way that made sense.

Every member of their team was polite, respectful, and truly wonderful to have in our home. We always felt comfortable opening our door to them — something that really matters during a renovation. Every contractor who came through was communicative, helpful, and clearly held themselves to a very high standard of craftsmanship.

The whole Property Revision team exceeded our expectations in every way, and we genuinely could not be happier with the final result. We absolutely love our new space, and we’re grateful to have worked with such a phenomenal group of people!
