The apartment had no windows and was quite dingy inside. Now it is light and airy with three large windows, an added bedroom downstairs with a lovely full bath that is ADA compliant. Cleercreak Home Improvements built my sauna and did an excellent job. Framing, insulation, vapor barrier, cedar finish work, bench construction, lighting, and heater setup were all completed with high precision. Electrical and controls were installed cleanly and everything functions exactly as designed.Job site stayed clean, and fit-and-finish details were tight throughout. Highly recommended for custom sauna and specialty builds.

We have completed our fourth job with Kevin and his crews at Clear Creek Home Improvement and couldn't be happier yet again! Work on the home began on May 14th and the renovation was all completed by the end of June. The scope included all new floors throughout the home (3,000 sq ft) including LVP throughout the whole downstairs, new carpet throughout the upstairs, and new tile in the bathrooms; painting every wall, baseboard, door frame, exterior shutters, and screened in porch; totally redoing the kitchen with new custom cabinets, countertops, backsplash, cabinet hardware, and appliances; new bathroom vanities in 3 bathrooms; staining the stair rail and front door; new light fixtures and all new electrical outlets throughout the home; and hanging our TVs and mirrors. I have talked with friends and family about their renovation experiences and they are all SHOCKED when I say what all was done in our home in such a short time frame but I promise it is all true! Kevin excels at planning ahead to make sure work is happening consistently and efficiently. He is honest, reliable, and professional, and every subcontractor he brings in is the same! The end result definitely speaks for itself given that we have such a beautifully finished home now but the whole process was also fantastic and we wholeheartedly recommend Clear Creek Home Improvement to anyone who is in the market for the best home renovators available! Honestly, it's taken me longer to get around to writing this review than the time it took them to complete most of the work on our house so you should just go give them a call!I just wish I had done a better job of taking photos of each room as it was finished but I'll share what I have! Some of these aren't totally complete but I am sure you can get the idea. My husband and I have said to each other multiple times "every single surface they touched is finished perfectly and I can't believe how much this looks like a new house" despite the fact that the home was built in 2006.
Kevin with Clear Creek did such a fantastic job on our home. We did a complete interior renovation which included a fully demo and remodel of our kitchen. This included opening up the kitchen and removing a wall that was structural. Kevin is very knowledgeable and upon doing a walk through of our home, he pointed out that the wall was structural and told us that his team would need to add a structural beam in order to provide the required support for the attic and roof. His team was incredibly respectful and worked with us as we were living in the house with 6 pets while these renovations were being done. Oh, and did I mention I was also pregnant!!Anyways, his team was respectful and hardworking. They cleaned up after themselves and worked extremely hard to finish renovations prior to my delivery, and they did just that!Long story short, we love our “new” home and have already been given so many compliments. We would work with Kevin and his team again in a heartbeat!
