Vancore Construction

We had the privilege of having Vancore construction handle our entire home renovation. We gutted our entire main floor and second, and even added more space to our second level. What I appreciated and valued the most from DJ and his team was their knowledge, expertise, flexibility, and most importantly, their attention to detail. Whenever a problem arose as they tend to in any renovation, DJ not only caught it, but either had a solution ready or had already fixed the problem before I could even bring it up. He is someone who truly takes pride in the work that his name goes on, and that is something rare these days. Each and every tradesmen that he had work on my home was just as professional. I was even more surprised that from one trade to the next there seemed to be no delays between the work that needed to get done. When talking with these trades, they all had the same thing to say about DJ. They love to do his projects because he cares about everyone involved and wants only the best project outcome for the homeowner. He worked tirelessly to ensure that not only the work being done was of the highest quality, but prior to even beginning the project he worked with myself and my wife on choosing everything we needed for our reno that kept it well within our budget, and he stuck to it. Whenever we had a question or concern, he was just a phone call or email away and we were never brushed aside or forgotten about. Our project has been completed for over a year now, and he is still taking care of us for anything further we need. I Recommend using Vancore construction to absolutely everyone I know who needs renovations. My wife and I have never felt more comfortable or confident having work done to our home, than we have with DJ. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you to Vancore construction and everyone involved. You knocked it out of the park!

Back in 2020 we bought our bungalow in Niagara-on-the-Lake for our retirement. DJ and his team were recommended to us by our realtor. The whole bungalow was in a terrible state and needed completely gutting and renovating from scratch. This was both the upstairs and the lower level, comprising around 1000sq.ft. DJ, Len, Rees and the rest of the team did a phenomenal job for us. It was unbelievable just how amazing the end result was. We now have a beautiful home that is top of the range. We would have no hesitation in recommending Vancore for any project, however big or small. Thank you so much DJ and team.

We had our principal bathroom completely gutted and renovated by Vancore Construction and Renovations Niagara. DJ and his trades people were excellent in implementing our vision for the bathroom. They listened to our ideas, offered suggestions and completed the job in a timely manner. The quality of work and results exceeded our expectations. We wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again. A year has past since the renovation yet every time I walk into the bathroom, I can’t believe it’s ours! It’s magazine worthy!

We have had two major renovation projects completed by Vancore Construction in 2024 and 2025. The first was our master bathroom renovation (tub, shower, vanity, lighting and flooring) and included flooring/painting/lighting upgrades on the entire 2nd story. The second was our kitchen renovation, which included new cabinets/countertops, relocating the island, installing new flooring, lighting and painting of the entire main-story of our home. D.J. is great to work with. His communication is excellent and he is easy to get a hold of. Budgets and schedules were adhered to. His team and associated trades people are not only skilled, but they are pleasant and respectful at all times. It was a pleasure to have them in our home. Vancore Construction would be the first company that we would contact for any future projects, and we would highly recommend them to others looking for an outstanding contractor.

Vancore Construction was an absolute pleasure to work with.! D.J. And all of his tradespeople were courteous, pleasant and professional. Our renovation was completed within the specified time frame and as per the estimated costs. The quality of work was exceptional and we would give a 6 star rating if it was an option!!
