Creative Contracting led a project to put an enclosed deck on the back of our house. The entire process was exceptional. Every person on the job was professional, trustworthy, friendly and the best at what they did. Our favorite parts about working with Creative Contracting were: 1) the quality output from every facet of the job, 2) communication including weekly check-ins and access to the entire project schedule, 3) coordination of all the contractors, and 4) a high level of design direction. Creative Contracting Inc. and the finished project have exceeded my expectations! My house is almost 100 years old, so tackling a project that included a full basement renovation was no small task. I had a vision of how I wanted the basement and 1st floor office to function and flow. The entire team at CCI helped me every step of the way to bring my vision to life - from working with Debi on a scope that captured all the key elements of my vision; to Mark who presented three different and creative design options; Lauren who was simply amazing in helping me make selections that created the most beautiful spaces; Joe who was an incredible collaborator anytime the project specs needed to be refined, met with me weekly to review project status, and was available anytime to answer questions; and finally to all the craftsmen and contractors who had an attention to detail and quality. This was not a small or easy project, yet I couldn't be happier with the quality of work and the end result. I will definitely use CCI again for my next home renovation project!
