Custom Holmes did an amazing job with our dream deck overbuild. We had called several different companies to come out for quotes, none seemed to do a quality inspection of the old deck except for Noah at Custom Holmes. We immediately felt comfortable with Noah from the start, and his follow ups, and next step meeting at their office made us feel confident that they could pull off this large scale deck overbuild. Every step of each process was well thought out and executed flawlessly. Our terrain in the back yard is very challenging with it being on a hill, so no cranes or heavy machinery could be used, but the deck team never complained and took great care to ensure no damage was ever done to the house or property. The crew was 100% trustworthy men. We felt so comfortable with them, that they would often lock up the garage area themselves if we left town for the weekend. Jared, Mike, and their crew were amazing with our kids and dog as well. They were really top quality people that did exceptional craftsmanship on our deck overbuild/fireplace. They made our dream deck overbuild come to life and now we get the enjoyment of being outside with our family so much more. I could not recommend Custom Holmes enough to friends and family, they went above and beyond!

Highly recommend Holmes Custom Renovations. Great experience from start to finish. The planning, consultation and quoting phase with Noah helped me understand the options to narrow down my choices. The team executing the project (Jared, John and Jeff) were awesome and great at communicating. Unexpected challenges were surfaced immediately, options discussed, and solutions implemented. Very happy with the new deck and the experience with the Holmes team!

When we searched for a contractor to rebuild our screened porch and patio, Holmes Custom Renovations was at the top of our list. After meeting with Noah to discuss our specifications and expectations, we had complete confidence that Holmes was the correct partner for our project. Our project manager, Jared, dealt with a lot of unexpected material supply issues and did a great job of keeping the project moving forward. The crown jewel in the Holmes team was our foreman, Mike. His attention to detail, quality workmanship and problem-solving skills were second to none. Mike’s crew member Steve made some design recommendations that further refined the look of the porch. The end product delivered by Mike and Steve exceeded our expectations. The entire Holmes team was easy to work with and responsive to all our needs. We highly recommend Holmes Custom Renovations.
