I met autumn today when she came to my house in Richmond, Indiana about a walk-in tub for my bathroom. She is very pleasant, sweet kind and was willing to give the time that I needed being an older person. I am so happy and cannot wait to get my tub. Give her a call You will be very satisfied with her and their product is great. The best hub that I have seen on the market and I’ve been looking at them for a few years now cannot wait. I’m giving her five stars and out of one through 10. I’m giving her a 15.
i am very satisfied with the sails representative'sthey enplaned the procedure and the product in a way that i could understand. They took the time to explain the hole procedure and the product to me. It was a very enjoyable experience. i want to thank them very much.SincerelyGary Tyndal
Michael one of the representatives at home remodeling, He came over to the house we were talking about window replacement. I did not have one complaint. he was very professional, funny: and straight to the point, Michael answered all of my questions before I ask. I have no complaints: I would recommend him to anyone.
Jeffery was punctual, friendly and professional. He did a great job of explaining the different products and the remodeling process and was patient as we reviewed all the design options. He made suggestions to help us design the perfect bathroom. We plan on having him come back to look at our windows.
Avoid at all costs. This company lacks in every facet you would want in a home improvement partner. There has been next to no communication through the entire process and irreparable damage done to the vintage tile explicitly excluded from the scope of work.We are 2+ weeks into a “2-3 day project” and the pictures below reflect the state of our bathroom. The wrong tub was ordered, resulting in demolition being done to fit a 32”tub, when the contract clearly states 30”. Perhaps this was because no one ever bothered to come out and confirm the job specs. Perhaps it’s just general incompetence. Regardless, the damage spans across the entire bathroom tile and is a devastating blow to the original character of the house. I have called no fewer than 5 times to see what the plan of correction is, with no response and general apathy from anyone I can get ahold of.We are out of a bathroom around the holidays due to the sloppy nature of ImproveIt and have had to change holiday plans accordingly. This is partly a warning for potential customers, and partly a desperate attempt to reach anyone from the ImproveIt team after several failed attempts.Edit: finally heard back from ImproveIt - in a fairly minimal sense. Still waiting on any sort of timeline/plan on how they are going to rectify the vintage tile they mistakenly decimated and restore the character of the bathroom.
