We have been happily using McNally’s for years. Stephen and his team are detail oriented and trustworthy craftsmen. Over the past ~30 years they’ve completed two bathroom renovations, a kitchen renovation, and a great room renovation as well as other small repair jobs. They also are very responsive to emergency repairs. I highly recommend them.
We recently had an emergency in our very old, historic home due to water damage in the ceiling. This necessitated removing a portion of the living room ceiling and installing a new bathroom shower. Steve and his team fit us in and completed the work in a highly professional and quick manner. The new shower is beautiful and much better than the old one. They communicated with us every step of the way and answered all questions promptly. Their customer service is excellent. I cannot recommend Steve and his team highly enough – – they are simply the best for any kind of Home Repair project. Their pricing is fair and reasonable given the quality of the service.
We engaged McNally’s Modern Maintenance for exterior wood clapboard/ trim repair work on two separate occasions – initially to address an isolated water penetration/wood rot issue, and later for more comprehensive clapboard/carpentry/shutter repair work around the entire house. All interactions during both projects were positive, start to finish. Work crews were exceptionally capable, communicative and warm to interact with.
