We hired ZN Construction to do a bathroom remodel which included removal of a bathtub shower combination replacing it with a walk-in shower. The finished results exceeded our expectations. Zac’s crew were friendly, on time, communicated clearly, and always polite. The entire process, from planning, to execution, to completion were flawless. Questions and requests for changes in scope were responded to quickly. We would not hesitate to use ZN on future projects and would highly recommend them to our friends and family.
Zac and his team came out to remove some built ins and replace our carpet with hardwood flooring and they were awesome! The floors look great, they showed up when they said they were going to, and they were very communicative throughout the entire project keeping us up to date to changes in schedule caused by the winter storms.

Needed a new roof boot and some drywall fixed on the inside of the house. Exceptional service! Zac’s team that came to do the job were very kind and knowledgeable about the service they did. They gave extra advice on things they noticed that will need to be fixed somewhere down the line. They were clean with the job. The price was reasonable. Will definitely call on them again in the future.
ZN construction is the only contractor we plan to use for home projects because of the excellent quality work they have done and their professionalism and customer service. Our first project was interior finishing of a pool house. They worked with me to bring my designs to life and we absolutely love our space! They did shiplap on the walls, created storage, built a changing room with bench, lighting, and a pocket door, installed a ceiling fan, and interior and exterior lighting. The team was courteous, on time, efficient, skilled and kind to my children. This year we had a smaller job where some window frames needed to be replaced on our home before it could be painted and I was amazed at how quickly the job was completed so we could move forward with our painting without any delays. I would highly recommend them for any job- with ZN construction it seems any project is possible!
