We hired ZN Construction to do a bathroom remodel which included removal of a bathtub shower combination replacing it with a walk-in shower. The finished results exceeded our expectations. Zac’s crew were friendly, on time, communicated clearly, and always polite. The entire process, from planning, to execution, to completion were flawless. Questions and requests for changes in scope were responded to quickly. We would not hesitate to use ZN on future projects and would highly recommend them to our friends and family.

ZN Construction delivered an outstanding experience from start to finish. I worked with Chad, Eric, Anna, and Joe, and the entire team was fantastic. Chad and Eric are exceptionally skilled carpenters. They built custom built-in bookshelves and a brick fireplace surround for us, a project that was both detailed and challenging. Their discipline shows in everything they do. They work like clockwork and always leave the space as clean as they found it.

As a family, we only have positive things to say. For anyone reading this, here is something that might put the quality of their work into perspective. My wife is a talented architect, and we have completed many projects in our home over the years. It is very rare for her to say this, but she told me to trust Chad and the team completely and not intervene with design decisions. That level of confidence speaks for itself.

ZN construction is the only contractor we plan to use for home projects because of the excellent quality work they have done and their professionalism and customer service. Our first project was interior finishing of a pool house. They worked with me to bring my designs to life and we absolutely love our space! They did shiplap on the walls, created storage, built a changing room with bench, lighting, and a pocket door, installed a ceiling fan, and interior and exterior lighting. The team was courteous, on time, efficient, skilled and kind to my children. This year we had a smaller job where some window frames needed to be replaced on our home before it could be painted and I was amazed at how quickly the job was completed so we could move forward with our painting without any delays. I would highly recommend them for any job- with ZN construction it seems any project is possible!
