My wife and I began working with Sam and Alyssa in 2023 on a project to build an additional dwelling unit on our property so that we could bring my wife's parents closer to us as they age and require increasing levels of support.We had North Ridge Construction manage a 60x40 Barndominium build. 1200 sq. ft. of it is a two bedroom home that is centered around the need of our ageing parents.From the beginning of the process through completion, Sam and Alyssa were professional, responsive, organized, and a pleasure to work with. As with any major construction project, there were changes and challenges along the way. In our case, many of those challenges stemmed from evolving family and medical circumstances rather than the construction itself. Throughout the process, they were understanding, flexible, and worked with us to navigate several delays on our end.The quality of the finished home exceeded our expectations. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, communication, and overall project management were truly top-notch.
