This is our third project with Sam at Wow Construction, and he continues to be our go-to for any home construction needs. This time, our front porch was leaning and needed serious structural work. Sam walked us through several design and structural options and helped us land on a plan that included a 4ft footing and a brand new deck.

We were out of town during the week of construction, and Sam kept us updated every day with photos and progress reports, which we really appreciated. The finished porch looks amazing, solid, clean, and beautifully done. We trust Sam completely and wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again.

Sam and his team did a tremendous job on our property on 3 occasions. Him and his team have completed my back deck in 2020, it went from a 5x16 old cement back deck into a beautiful 10x26 pressure treated deck with trek floor board at a very reasonable price.
In 2021 Sam and his team complete the renovation of our first floor home by opening up the entire floor into a studio and we have enjoyed it ever since. We love to entertain guest and everyone is amazed of how open out floor plan is and everyone was able to see each other and had a great time.
Most recently, we did our front porch once again Sam and his team did a wonderful job from A to Z. He listened to our ideas and provide inputs where he think it's valid for us to consider. He lets our design idea show in his work and his employees were polite and understanding. He first quoted us for just refacing the front porch by removing the floor board and the old railings and replacing the stairs since we want to widen the stairs. However, when the demo was done the structure looks very dated and a lot of rotted joist, and there not enough proper support to pass inspection. He offered to rip the structure out and replace it with the whole new structure with pressure treated wood and added 2 more columns to pass inspection by only charging my the cost of the material, I was exstatic I said deal! I sure most contractors would add $$$$ into the quote since the home owner is already in a bind at this point but it's not like that with Sam. He's honest and understanding, because of that mentality, he has gotten many referrals from us over the years and I'm glad that he is thriving in this business as a trustworthy contractor and listens to his client and makes their idea comes to life! I highly recommend Wow Construction and Sam for their integrity and punctual time they estimate the project will be be completed. He quoted my front porch to be done in 2 weeks and it was completed in 13 days, I have gotten quote for 2x the amount and takes 2 months to complete...

Wow! Sam and his team did a fantastic job with our home renovation project which included demolition of a bathroom, removing walls, rerouting electrical, capping plumbing, patching ceiling and walls, matching paint and texture, and matching and refinishing hardwood floors. The end result was an open dining kitchen area that was even better than we thought it would be. After speaking with multiple contractors about the project, we decided to go with Sam not only because of his quick response and fair quote, but also because he took the time to fully understand what we were looking for and provided his own feedback on how to best achieve our goals while staying within budget. We were confident that everything would be done both efficiently and correctly. Throughout the project, Sam had excellent communication and kept us updated on the progress with pictures along the way. He quickly addressed any questions or concerns we had, and was easily available for meetings to discuss any changes. He was very personable and respectful to our home, and I would highly recommend Sam and Wow Construction for anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable contractor who does excellent work.

From the first time we met Sam and explained our vision for our new bathroom, we realized WOW was the right decision for us. They worked quickly and efficiently to build us a new bathroom from nothing but examples. The bathroom was fully back up and running in four weeks. The upgrades to our mid century modern style bathroom were a success. Thanks to WOW! Customer Service was top notch! Sam was always making sure we were happy throughout the renovation.

Sam and his crew built a 3 level pool deck for me and replaced rotted wood sils on my shed. I found Sam very professional and easy to work with. He kept me involved in every step of the process. His crew arrived on time every day and put in a very hard days worth of work. I was impressed with how well they all worked with each other to get the task at hand done. When there were questions, I was brought in to give my opinion. They were considerate of my yard, kept things neat and cleaned up all their belongings upon finishing. My deck camp out even better than I anticipated. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend!
